What is IDX Broker?
IDX Broker is third-party IDX solution that acts as the middleman between a real estate website and the MLS. This extremely valuable tool allows agents and brokers to automatically feed their listings to their real estate website, provides a powerful MLS search, and brings a ton of lead generation and SEO benefits.
Does imFORZA only work with IDX Broker?
No, we have and do work with all of the major IDX solutions. However, we highly recommend and prefer IDX Broker over all of the others as we find that they offer the best combination of customization, SEO, lead generation, and MLS coverage.
What if I already have an IDX Broker account?
Great! We can definitely work with that. All that we require is that you authorize IDX Broker to make imFORZA your developer of record. This doesn’t affect your billing, your account, or anything else.
Do I need an IDX Broker account for my real estate website?
If you want your website to generate leads or to have a better chance of earning organic search traffic, then yes! If you don’t want to allow your visitors to search the MLS, save properties, get property updates, or see your listings how you want to display them, then no you most likely don’t need any type of IDX. In this case, just be prepared to see little to no return from your website as it will basically just be a digital business card.
