Does paid advertising even work anymore?

Yes! It’s actually the best way to quickly and consistently drive targeted traffic to your website or landing page. This makes it a fantastic option for baseline metric setting, conversion rate optimization, keyword research, and more. Don’t let someone tell you that paid ads don’t work. You just need to know what you’re doing or hire someone that does.


What should I budget for my ad spend?

This completely depends on the purpose of your ad campaigns and what you expect/need to see from them. For example, if you’re just running a small test ad campaign to see how a landing page converts, then your ad spend budget can be a lot smaller than one for a campaign that has a longer timeline. We always recommend waiting to lock in your ad spend budget until after at least a few days of your ads running. This will allow you to get a real cost per visitor, which you can then use to plan your budget.


What is the best ad platform to run my ads on?

All of the available ad platforms are effective in their own right. That said, the best ad platform to use is the one that caters to your specific ICP (ideal customer profile) and the one that ultimately produces the best ROAS (return on ad spend) for your business.
