It’s important to understand that we’re offering managed hosting services, which means that we’re actively monitoring, updating, and managing your website’s security, performance, and uptime. Services like GoDaddy, which can often be as cheap as a few dollars a month, are not comparable services as they’re simply just hosting your site. They will not be actively managing your website for you.

Although we, like most other reputable website hosting providers, can’t guarantee that your website will be online 100% of the time as there are external factors and situations that make this impossible, we can proudly stand behind our 99.9% uptime standard. And, in situations where your website is offline (e.g. large DDoS attack affecting even large websites we don’t host), we do everything in our power to resolve the situation and communicate with you each step of the way.
