Letter from the CEO

With 2010 behind us, I wanted to take this opportunity to send out a genuine “Thank You” to all of the customers, partners, vendors, team members, friends and family of imFORZA. Without all of you we would not be where we are today, doing what we love. And more importantly, we would not have the opportunity to help people and businesses make more money doing what they love.

This past year has been an exciting one for us. From moving to a new office space to putting the finishing touches on two new non-profit projects, 2010 challenged and pushed us to become even better as an elite Internet Marketing Agency. The experiences, projects and challenges we tackled together made for an unforgettable experience this past year and we are looking forward to doing it all over again in 2011.

To Our Customers…

Being able to boast a client base of over 2,500 customers gives us an amazing sense of accomplishment everyday. Thanks to each of you for business, your patience, your loyalty and especially your feedback. The strides we have been able to make this past year are due in large to your participation, interaction and openness with us.

To Our Partners…

Every new account, new project or new development within our company is tied to one of you in one way or another. Your partnership has been monumental to our growth. Knowing that we have partners available to support our business needs in the most professional manner at all times is extremely assuring for each of us. Thank you to each of you for your continued support as we look to take this new year on by the horns together again.

To Our Vendors…

Although we may not have formal relationships with each of you, we see every vendor of ours as a true partner. Our business flourishes on the relationships we setup and maintain and our vendor relationships are no exception to this. Thank you for your reliability, quality of work, service and support as we expand into new and exciting territories.

To Our Team Members…

You all run the ship, day in and day out, and there is no one more important to imFORZA than the people that make it what it is….a top tier online marketing company. Each new day presents an exciting new opportunity or challenge and there is nothing insurmountable to you as a unit. As one of the most efficient and effective teams of professionals around, there are no doubts that our company will continue to flourish through 2011 and beyond. Thank you for the hard work, new ideas and unrelenting dedication and determination to seeing us succeed.

To Our Family Members and Friends…

You probably still don’t quite understand exactly what we do or how we do it, but you continue to support us unconditionally. We promise not to bore you with anymore Internet Marketing conversations that revolve around Google’s algorithm or how Facebook is a legitimate marketing tool. Instead we will heed your advice, accept your support and use it to channel our energies into keeping our business growing. Thank you for putting up with our nerdy inside jokes and our freakish addictions to our computers and the Internet. How you continue to tolerate our geekish banter still amazes each one of us.

To 2011…

We are ready to take on anything and are looking forward to a very prosperous year. We have a solid team in place, a loyal customer base and some of the best partners and vendors to help us along the way.

This coming year will, again, be all about providing the best service possible and producing the most cost effective results for each one of our customers. Some of the main ways we will meet these goals will include:

• A revamped product and service line for our customers so we can continue delivering the best results possible
• Newly forged partnerships to help our company better serve its current customers and attain new ones
• Even more helpful and targeted content and information to keep everyone’s business, as well as our own, on the cutting edge of the marketing world
• Continued education and research internally to keep our team sharp and knowledgeable
