From Idea to Income: Our Proven Shopify Process

Step 1
Map Out a Store That Fits Your Goals and Budget
Ready to pick a package? Perfect. Want to chat first? Even better. Our strategy session is exactly that – strategy, not sales. You’ll get honest advice about whether Shopify is the right fit, which tier makes sense, and what apps you actually need (and don’t).

Step 2
We Build Your Revenue-Generating Storefront
While you focus on your products and customers, we build the storefront that sells them. Custom design, conversion-focused product pages, optimized checkout, integrated apps – every element engineered for one goal: more revenue.

Step 3
Launch & Grow
We launch your store cleanly (no broken links, no checkout drama). Then we stick around – optimizing conversion, refining performance, and connecting Shopify to the broader marketing system that keeps customers coming back.
Three Paths, One Goal: A Shopify Store That Actually Sells
Skip the endless theme marketplaces and confusing app stacks. We’ve simplified this to what actually matters: do you need to launch fast on a proven foundation, or build something completely custom? All three options give you a storefront that converts – the differences are timeline, design freedom, and scalability.

Complete Your Ecommerce Foundation
Your storefront is just the beginning. These strategic add-ons make sure every piece of your eCommerce operation works together to drive real revenue.
Ready to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers? We’ll set up Klaviyo (or your platform of choice), build your core flows – abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, win-back – and connect everything to your Shopify store. Email and SMS are still your highest-ROI channels. Let’s use them right.
Paid Ads & Shopping Feeds
A great storefront means nothing if no one finds it. We manage your Google Shopping feed, Performance Max campaigns, and Meta ads – pulling product data straight from Shopify and optimizing for ROAS. Paid traffic done right turns ad spend into a growth engine.
Branding That Sticks
A great Shopify store with forgettable branding is like a Ferrari with no engine. If your brand doesn’t immediately communicate who you are and why you matter, we’ll help you create one that does. Because first impressions happen in milliseconds, not minutes.

Common Questions About Our Shopify Websites
What is Shopify?
Shopify is the world’s leading eCommerce platform, powering more than 4 million online stores. It handles everything you need to sell online – product catalogs, secure checkout, payments, shipping, inventory, and customer accounts – in one secure, hosted environment. Unlike open-source platforms, Shopify is fully managed, meaning you don’t need to worry about hosting, security updates, or PCI compliance. We recommend Shopify to most small and mid-sized businesses serious about ecommerce.
Should I choose Shopify or WordPress + WooCommerce?
It depends on what you’re selling and how. Shopify is purpose-built for ecommerce – if your business is primarily about selling products, Shopify gets you to launch faster, with less maintenance, better mobile experience, and stronger checkout conversion. WordPress with WooCommerce is more flexible for content-heavy sites that also sell products, or for businesses with very specific custom needs. We’ll walk through both options in your consultation and recommend the best fit – not the most expensive one.
How involved do I need to be in the creation of my Shopify store?
You can be as hands-off or hands-on as you prefer. We actually prefer clients that are more involved in their project – it lets us show you how to manage products, run promotions, and use the analytics dashboard properly after launch. But we get that some business owners just don’t have the time. Either way, you’ll have a dedicated project manager running your build from start to finish.
What other costs do I need to account for when launching a Shopify store with imFORZA?
Great question. The prices listed above cover the buildout of your storefront. You’ll also need to budget for: your monthly Shopify subscription (starts at $39/mo for Basic, scaling up), payment processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction with Shopify Payments), any premium apps your business needs (most clients spend $0–$200/mo total), and your ongoing marketing investment. We’ll walk through all of this in your consultation so there are no surprises.
