Challenge

TooHi’s original website did not reflect the company’s shift toward a premium wellness brand. The product is cannabis-adjacent, but contains no cannabis, so the site had to explain a sensitive use case without leaning into cannabis culture, medical claims, or confusing product language.

The team also needed the site to do more than look better. It had to support product education, subscriptions, reviews, retail proof, SEO content, and a stronger purchase path for a single-product eCommerce brand.

TooHi launched with a premium Shopify website that better reflects the brand they are building: science-backed, wellness-focused, and ready for direct-to-consumer sales. The new site gives the team a stronger product story, cleaner navigation, better buyer education, and a more credible foundation for retail, creator, Amazon, and SEO growth.

We are holding performance claims until enough post-launch data is available, but the project delivered the core foundation TooHi needed: a live Shopify storefront the team can manage, improve, and build on without starting over.

We started with strategy, not visuals. The project moved through discovery, site audit, sitemap planning, wireframes, product messaging, SEO coordination, and design reviews before development began. That process gave TooHi a clear structure for the homepage, product page, supporting pages, blog, FAQ, and utility content.

From there, we customized Shopify around TooHi’s approved direction: a lighter purple wellness look, product-led hero sections, ingredient education, trust badges, a stronger product detail page, subscription-aware purchase flows, and launch-ready templates for key pages across the site.
