What is an AI Agent Service?

An AI Agent service sets up a specific assistant to do a defined business job: answer a website question, qualify a customer message, route a lead, draft a follow-up, summarize a conversation, update a CRM task, or prepare a plain-English report. The value comes from the setup, the business context, the handoff rules, and the ongoing monitoring, not from turning on a generic chatbot.

You Can Buy AI Tools Directly. We Build the Business System Around Them.

Ava-style service agents, HubSpot Breeze, Intercom Fin, Manus, Claude Code, Codex, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools can all be useful. The question is not whether to use a tool. The question is which tool fits the job, what needs to be configured, and where the business still needs imFORZA to connect the workflow, source of truth, Basic handoff rules, reporting, and approval rules.

Purpose-built AI tools used for focused business workflows

Purpose-Built AI Tools

Useful for research, drafting, coding, browsing, analysis, and one-off productivity. The owner still has to define the workflow, upload the right context, check the output, connect the CRM, and decide what happens next.

Tool Examples

Ava, HubSpot Breeze, Intercom, GoHighLevel, Shopify support tools, Manus, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Claude Code, and Codex can be part of the toolkit. The plan is not tied to one vendor unless the quote calls that out.

You Do Not Need HubSpot or a Personal AI Subscription to Start

HubSpot is often the cleanest fit, but it is not mandatory. What the assistant needs is a reliable place to read approved business information, log customer activity, notify the right person, and report what happened.

System of record for CRM notes, tasks, ownership, and reports

System of Record

A CRM, helpdesk, inbox, spreadsheet, or workspace where customer messages, tasks, ownership, notes, and reports can live. If you do not have one, we can include a light CRM setup before launch.

Implementation path for AI agent setup and workflow design

Implementation Path

We choose the right setup: platform-native agent, automation-layer workflow, or OpenClaw-style operations layer for more advanced systems.

Software access and AI usage setup for managed assistants

Software Access

No personal ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Manus subscription is required by default. Required software, AI credits, voice minutes, SMS, and API usage are quoted or passed through.

Your AI Tools Need a Job, a Brain, and a Handoff

You can buy AI tools directly. The hard part is making them know your business, follow your rules, connect to your systems, and stop when a person should take over. That is the work we handle.

The Job

AI assistant job definition for customer-facing workflows

What should the assistant do, and where should it stop?

The Brain

AI agent plans connected to website messages, CRM handoffs, and reporting

What approved information should it read from?

The Handoff

AI assistant handoff rules for routing customer messages to your team

Who gets notified, what gets logged, and when does a person step in?

The Four Layers Behind Every Useful AI Assistant

Every plan is built around the same operating logic: context, workflow, connections, and improvement.

Insightful Analytics

We turn your services, offers, FAQs, pricing guidance, policies, proof, and voice into a usable source of truth.

Premium Plugins

We define the trigger, questions, next steps, routing rules, approval points, and failure paths.

Priority Support

We connect the assistant to the right website, CRM, calendar, inbox, form, support, or reporting tools.

Managed HTTPS

We review real conversations, fix weak answers, update the knowledge source, and improve the workflow over time.

Add Voice, Commerce, HubSpot Breeze, or Reporting When the Workflow Needs It

Some businesses need one focused assistant. Others need voice, Shopify commerce answers, HubSpot Breeze setup, a stronger knowledge base, or a recurring executive brief. We keep those as add-ons so your plan stays clear, and we avoid custom scope when a purpose-built tool can handle the job.

Voice agent add-on for calls, routing, and customer conversations

Inbound phone answering or appointment capture with capped usage.

Shopify agent add-on for ecommerce questions and support workflows

Product, order-status, policy, review, offer, or commerce FAQ work.

HubSpot setup add-on for CRM handoffs, tasks, and reporting

Configure compatible HubSpot AI features and credit settings.

Knowledge base agent add-on for approved customer answers

Build approved service, policy, FAQ, pricing, and support content.

Briefing agent add-on for reporting and plain-English updates

Recurring plain-English brief from CRM, website, analytics, and campaign activity.

What Happens After You Choose a Plan

A practical implementation flow keeps the system controlled before it ever touches a customer conversation.

Step 1: Define the Job
Define the Job

Define what the assistant should do and where it should stop.

Step 2: Build the Brain
Build the Brain

Organize approved services, offers, FAQs, policies, proof, and voice.

Step 3: Connect the Tools

Connect the website, CRM, calendar, inbox, form, support, or reporting tools.

Step 4: Test the Handoffs

Run real scenarios, test edge cases, and confirm escalation.

Step 5: Improve the System
Improve the System

Review usage, update knowledge, tune responses, and recommend the next workflow.

Built From the Same System We Use to Run imFORZA

We use AI assistants inside our own operations for research, drafting, reporting, visibility checks, and workflow support. The client version is intentionally more controlled: clear jobs, approved knowledge, human handoffs, and plain reporting.

Questions Clients Will Ask Before Choosing an AI Agent Plan

Is this just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot is one interface. An AI assistant has a defined job, approved knowledge, connected tools, handoff rules, and monitoring.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose FRONT DESK if you need one simple customer-facing AI workflow configured and monitored. Choose SALES & SERVICE if you want qualification, follow-up, booking or routing support, CRM notes, and reporting. Choose OPERATIONS if you want a governed AI layer across multiple parts of the business.

Do we need HubSpot?

No. HubSpot is often the cleanest fit, but we can also work with Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Intercom, Zendesk, Airtable, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, n8n, or another approved system. A reliable system of record is required before launch.

Is this an OpenClaw or Hermes setup?

Not by default. OpenClaw (or Hermes) is the reference model for the highest tier. Some clients may need an OpenClaw-style operations layer. Others are better served by HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Make, Intercom, GoHighLevel, Shopify, or a lighter managed setup.

Do we need a ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, or Perplexity subscription?

No personal AI subscription is required by default. Production agents should run through business software, native AI features, or API billing so ownership, permissions, usage, and offboarding stay clear.

How is this different from Manus, Claude Code, Codex, or Perplexity?

Those tools are useful workbenches. Ava-style tools, HubSpot Breeze, Intercom, and similar platforms can also be strong fits for specific jobs. Our plans help choose and configure the right tool, then add approved knowledge, Basic handoff ruless, human fallback rules, reporting, and monthly improvement where needed.

Can the assistant make decisions for us?

Only inside approved rules. People approve important moves, especially outbound messages, pricing, quotes, sensitive customer issues, and CRM changes that could affect reporting.

Can you build a voice agent?

Yes, as an add-on. Voice should start as a capped pilot with clear scripts, handoff rules, usage limits, and pass-through phone or platform costs.

Will this replace a staff member?

No. The goal is to help your team respond faster, handle repetitive questions, keep the CRM cleaner, and see what needs attention. People still make the important calls.

What access do you need?

We usually need website/CMS access, CRM or system-of-record access, form or chat access, calendar access where relevant, approved service and policy content, and a named human owner for handoffs.

What happens if the assistant gives a bad answer?

We define fallback rules before launch, monitor real usage after launch, and tune weak answers. The assistant should escalate when it is unsure or when a conversation crosses a protected line.

Pick the plan that matches the job you want the assistant to do. If you are not sure, start with a short audit and we will recommend the right fit.
